ABOUT ME
mortgage broker mentor
outsourcing founder
As an MFAA and FBAA accredited Mortgage Broker Mentor, I partner with Mr Mentor to guide new-to-industry and developing brokers through structured mentoring, compliance support, and hands-on business coaching helping them build broking businesses that are sustainable, compliant, and genuinely client-focused, not just loan volume driven.
I'm also the Founder of Universal Outsourcing, an offshore staffing and business process outsourcing company built specifically for Australian mortgage brokers and finance businesses. We provide loan processing, credit analyst support, administration, and social media and website support, with a team based in Nepal and expanding into the Philippines. My approach is built on trust, structured process, and long-term partnership not transactional staffing.
Beyond Mentoring and Outsourcing, I'm a Co-Founder of Women Supporting Women, a national community connecting and elevating women across finance, broking, lending, property, and legal services through events, education, and mentorship.
If you are a broker, a business owner, or someone looking to connect I'd love to be part of that.
How to become a mortgage broker
Get qualified
Complete a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, then a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. This is the minimum entry point into the industry.
Meet the compliance requirements
You'll need professional indemnity insurance, membership with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, and a clear credit and national criminal history check.
Choose an aggregator
An aggregator gives you access to a lender panel, business systems, compliance support, and appointment as a credit representative under an Australian Credit Licence.
Apply for MFAA or FBAA membership
Once your education, aggregator, and documentation are sorted, you're ready to apply for accreditation and start writing loans as a member.
Get mentored
New brokers need a mentor for their first two years to build lending knowledge, navigate real scenarios, and stay compliant. This is where I come in — see how I mentor new brokers →
Building something in finance, broking, or offshore operations?
I work with mortgage brokers looking to grow, get mentored, or outsource their back office and with business owners exploring offshore staffing.
